He has done highest no. Of MIPH procedures for piles in Rajasthan. Dr. Shah is pioneer of STARR procedure in Rajasthan which is used for ODS (Obstructed defecation Syndrome) i.e. chronic constipation in which patient require finger evacuation of faecal matter.
He is pioneer of DGHAL - procedure for piles in Rajasthan. He is also pioneer of VAAFT (Video Assisted Anal Fistula Treatment) , LIFT (Ligation of Inter sphincteric Tract) and Core surgery for Fistula in Ano in Rajasthan.
